How do I get started with Pool Launchpad?
Sign up for a free account, complete the onboarding quiz, and you'll be dropped into your dashboard with AI tools, templates, and a schedule view ready to go.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. Go to Dashboard > Customers and click Import. We support CSV files exported from most pool service software, spreadsheets, or CRMs.
How do the AI tools work?
Each AI tool is a guided form. Fill in a few details about your business and the tool generates professional copy -- quotes, review replies, social posts, emails, and more -- in seconds.
Is Pool Launchpad free during beta?
Yes. All features are free during our beta period. We will give at least 30 days notice before introducing paid plans, and early users will receive a loyalty discount.
How do I set up an automated email flow?
Go to Dashboard > Emails, choose a pre-built flow (Welcome, Reminder, Win-Back, or Review Request), customize the messages in the inline editor, and activate it.
